Hai semua....sihat??alhamdulillah...korg!!!umi nk share ni..berita baik!!!berat umi dh kurang

Alhamdulillah....nk tau cmne tercetusnya nk kurus ni??ok disebabkn umi p fitting baju raya..SO TAK MUAT!!! umi balik umah..NEKAD contact ngn coach umi..ckp nk kurus...
nak tau umi timbang bape 2mgu lps???

then, umi pun try la HERBALIFE ni...n kebetulan masa tu kena Ulser..mmg kurang la mkn..minum je kan..tp xpe..ni sbg training perut umi utk mkn kurang..alhamdullillah..menjadi!!
Mgu lps, ulser dh baik..mata dh baik (nnt umi share sbb1bulan sakit abis almost 1.5k), umi start lari kt treadmill...umi try dgn buang calories sbyk 50 je dulu sbb nk bg badan umi xterkejut.
n UKM, & Ofis pun, kwn2 membantu..bile umi ckp umi on diet, depa xajak umi mkn beria n reminds umi utk mkn dgn kuantiti yg betul..n Depa xejek umi pun..ALHAMDULILLAH...n now, berat umi is


61.1kg


nk tau umi makan ape??heeee.mesti la korg pun dh tau kan..GOOGLE je..mmg tau!!






meh nk share ape yg umi faham :) if slh, tolong betulkan ye..ni ape yg umi amik dr web dorg..
tp still umi kna tnye coach utk pendapat yg betul :)






ini baru breakfast ye..utk lunch, bole makan..tp kuantiti yg sedikit..mksd disitu dikira ikut calorie ye..
n dinner, umi shake balikk....


ok, xjalan kan??umi berlari kt treadmill kan tadi..heee..n umi park kete jauh..sbb xde parking ok..so, kt situ, dpt la umi bersenam by walking..heee,

mgkn anda yg dh join herbalife faham..nnt share la ngn umi..sbb umi still new..nk coaching mmg xreti..

umi just share ape yg amalkan je.oppsss..i do have a CHEAT day..heeee
